About the event
Join Hearth and Seoul Herbal Shop during Mile High Asian Food Week for a special seasonal tea and chocolate pairing. The teas will be from this year's fresh harvest directly from Korea from a couple of different regions. The chocolates are from a local Colorado chocolatier, Liane from Colorado Cocoa Pod. You'll also receive a tea tasting notebook to start your tea tasting journey.
The teas will be announced once I get back from my trip, but you can expect a variety such as fresh Green tea, Black tea and an herbal selection. Each reservation comes with 3 different teas to taste, a tasting booklet, and a chocolate to pair with each tea. There will be dark chocolate, yuzu milk chocolate, and a matcha chocolate. April 27th will feature local baked goods from an Asian American bakery as an additional treat to the pairings. This is at a shared table…
