Join us for a class where we taste Korean herbs and roots and talk about the health benefits, preparation and traditions. You’ll get to taste test quite a few teas and learn how to make your own herbal teas and the differences between infusions and decoctions.

Join us for an evening of yoga nidra and tea at Hearth and Seoul. We'll start with a little tea ritual and intention setting in the shop, and then get cozy for some yoga nidra led by Stella Gold out on the patio. This is a donation based series to keep classes accessible to the community.
