About the event
Join us for an afternoon with Heidi learning about herbs and wellness practices for heart health and make your own heart health tea. As one of the leading causes of mortality, it's important to implement a healthy lifestyle which can also be supported by nutrition and herbs. Heidi is a Clinical Herbalist and RN that has 17+ years of clinical experience. With her knowledge she'll walk you through various herbs and wellness practices to improve and maintain heart health.
You'll get to sip on some heart healthy tea and hot chocolate while you learn.
