About the event
Join us for an afternoon with Heidi learning about respiratory remedies for the upcoming cold season, and any season where you need a little extra support. Heidi is a Clinical Herbalist and RN that has 16+ years of clinical experience. With her knowledge she'll walk you through various herbs used for respiratory health.
You'll learn how to create a respiratory steamer, formulate a respiratory tea blend, and she'll demonstrate how to create a tincture and go over the benefits of each application.
