About the event
Join us for a special afternoon with Christine Young of Hearth and Seoul Herbal Shop as we learn about various Korean herbs and roots and their health benefits. You'll get to taste quite a few teas and learn about preparation for various types of herbs and roots. You'll learn how to prepare your own teas as we go through which herbs are appropriate through water extraction, decoction and a pot simmer. This is a tasty and interactive class and meant to be fun and educational!
