About the event

We'll start the class by learning how to identify Wild Lettuce/Prickly lettuce and chat about a couple of different species. You'll get to handle the actual plant and take a look for yourself.

Bring a notebook and pen as we get into some benefits, talk about contraindications and dosage safety.

The last part of the class we'll get hands on and learn how to make a fresh tincture from wild lettuce. We'll chat about the difference between two methods and the difference between dry and fresh tincturing. Everyone will go home with a little bit of their own tincture to finish once they get home. This is a limited size class. Let's have fun and learn something about our local plants!
