Evening of Rest: Tea Ritual & Yoga Nidra

Join us for a deeply restorative evening where ritual meets rest. We’ll begin with a calming tea ritual and gentle intention setting at Hearth & Seoul, using herbs to ground the senses and create space for stillness.

Then we’ll move next door to a cozy outdoor patio, where Stella Gold will guide us through a nourishing session of yoga nidra, a meditative practice that invites deep rest and nervous system reset. No movement is required, just soft presence.

Bring a mat, a cozy blanket, and anything else to help you feel supported as you settle into an evening of ease. This is a donation based series to keep classes accessible to the community and offer a space of peace.
