About the event
Stella Gold will guide discussion and sharing rooted in women’s health and womb wisdom. As we gather around the practice of yoni steaming we’ll explore understanding from ancient practices around the world and current applications in the modern world. We will learn about safety, timing, and sensitivities, including different equipment and herbs. You will create your own yoni blend to take home, learn how to bring yoni steaming into your sacred rituals, and gain know-how for your personal set up. No experience needed with herbs nor steaming- come open to commune with others and self.
