Cabbage Kimchi is typically what you’ll find at the stores and for good reason. Healthy probiotics and a nice mildly spicy taste that you can put on everything from fried eggs to your burger. I’ve even made kimchi deviled eggs!
This is my mother’s recipe passed down to me who learned from her mother, a professional Korean chef. They grew up in the Jeolla region of South Korea which is known a Korea’s culinary Mecca.
Ingredients: Cabbage, apples, rice flour, water, garlic, ginger, anchovy sauce, Korean red pepper, salt.
