Tea Sampler Gift Box

Updated: Dec 24, 2025

If you found your way here, it was either by going down a tea search rabbit hole or you purchased one of our tea advent calendar boxes (which we also just call our Tea Sampler Box since it's year round if you want a sample box to try yourself or gift someone).

In our box you'll find 25 tea samples that are a variety of custom herbal blends that we create ourselves in the shop such as Belly Bloat, some Korean style teas, and some fun seasonal teas like Blackberry Sage Oolong Tea. #25 will always be a seasonal tea that rotates. You'll also get a strainer cup that we prefer over those strainer balls that make a mess in your cup, and a tin of pure rock sugar in case you want to sweeten your teas (although we don't think they need them!) If you're joining us for the advent calendar release, every day we'll release what the tea of the day is here and add on each day with some information. We'll also be doing a video each day talking about the benefits that you can find on our instagram. If you want to know what all of the teas are and they aren't posted yet, you can click here to get a cheat sheet. We sincerely hope you enjoy our curated teas and get a sense of what we offer at our shop. Each box is handcrafted with seasonal picks, hand blended teas from the shop, and many are our own blends that we sell regularly at the shop. We source from local regenerative farms, small Korean regenerative farms, small global ethical farms, and an organic distributor for some of our herbs. Enjoy!

Day 1: Belly Boat (Caffeine Free/AM or PM)

This is one of our and our customer's favorites for a reason. Chamomile, Peppermint, Fennel and Persimmon leaf come together to create a flavorful herbal tea that also helps with inflammation, supports digestion, relieves bloating, is full of vitamins and minerals, and high in vitamin C which gives your immune system a bit of a boost. This is a great tea in the morning to set your day, after a meal, or in the evening before bedtime to help support digestion and bloating, while also relaxing the body before sleep mode. Great for children with digestive upset or trouble getting ready for bed. I steep around 5-7 minutes to get full benefits. The longer the steep, the more digestive properties you'll infuse.

Day 2: Herbal Hydration (Caffeine Free/AM or PM)

This is also top 3, you all are really getting some of the favorites up front. This is our upgrade to a vitamin water. There are so many studies on the benefits of lotus leaf tea, persimmon leaf, and even Korean Hydrangea. High in vitamin C, vitamins, minerals and has antiviral properties against influenza A, supports digestion and helps with weight management, it’s diabetic friendly. Korean Hydrangea is a natural sweetener similar to Stevia but tastes way better and with no processing (do not confuse this with American hydrangea as those are toxic). Liver and kidney supportive. This one is going to be hydrating to the skin as well, there are studies on the effects of Korean Hydrangea on reducing visible wrinkles, improves elasticity and texture. High in antioxidants, the list goes on. This is a perfectly hydrating drink after a cold or a long day, after a workout, if you just can’t stand water or the cold and dry winters of Colorado.

Day 3: Vanilla Rooibos Chai (Caffeine Free/AM or PM)

This is an herbal chai with rooibos as the base, which is a South African red bush tea that is super high in antioxidants. We use rooibos in a lot of blends because it really helps with inflammation and oxidative damage. This is for our sweet chai lovers that want a little spice like cloves and cinnamon but without the caffeine. You can add milk or even little sweetener to this one, but it honestly tastes pretty good on its own. Sometimes you think you’re just drinking tea, but there are so many benefits that can taste enjoyable also!

Day 4: Elderberry Tea Caffeine Free/AM or PM

This is a favorite at our markets when we do sample tastings. This particular elderberry tea also has throat and gut soothing properties, helps fight colds, eases congestion or a dry cough and boosts the immune system with its vitamin C content, immune modulating properties and high antioxidants. This is one of our go to teas for cold season, but it also just tastes really great with natural sweetness from licorice root and a warming ginger taste with elderberries.

Day 5: Spiced Blood Orange Caffeine Free/AM or PM

This might be the tea of the season. We recently did an iced spiced blood orange tea with yuzu honey and it was ridiculously good with an added boost of vitamin c to help your immune system. With spices like cardamom this one is an overall helpful digestive tea that tastes absolutely amazing. Citrus, spice, and all the flavors you love.

Day 6: Korean Green Tea (Caffeine): I could talk to you about Korean green tea all day, but this particular green tea has a story: I flew to Jeju Island in Korea and visited a small organic farm, not the big one everyone knows. I did tastings, walked through the fields, and genuinely fell in love with this tea.

It's fresher, grassier, light, and mild. Because Jeju doesn't get as much sun as other tea-growing regions and isn't as tropical, there's less bitterness and astringency.

All of our Korean teas are limited because I can only offer what I bring back, they aren't exporting, and honestly, many Korean farms won't.

Green tea is high in antioxidants and has been used traditionally in Korea to relieve stomach bloating and pain, and may have the ability to inhibit the stomach flu.

Day 7: Minty Tonic Herbal (Caffeine Free/AM or PM)

Minty Tonic was made to help replenish the body, strengthen the internal systems and bring balance. A lot of traditional Korean teas have this concept and implement it with various ingredients. Here we have everyday herbs found in the Sest that do something similar. It's simple, flavorful, and full of nutrient rich herbs like spearmint, chamomile and raspberry leaf that are high in vitamins and minerals. You can enjoy this one hot or iced to deliver all of the benefits. This is a truly restorative and nourishing tea meant to replensih the body and tissues from inside out.

Day 8: Maeumcha Red Herbal (Caffeine Free/AM or PM)

This was the first tea I created for the shop and my most inspired blend. I brought in the flavors of Jujube dates, apples, and cinnamon from a class Korean drink and brought it together with persimmon leaf, hawthorn, and vanilla rooibois to create a tea that was cozy, supported the heart, body and mind, and was a tea that felt like coming home, warmth and presence. I did a product tasting, took notes, and ended up creating 3 versions. Maeumcha Red, Gold and Green. This whole series is a beautiful blend, but this one is my personal favorite. The taste of this tea has brought in many non tea drinkers to the tea table.

Day 9: Goodnight Tea Herbal (Caffeine Free/PM)

Today is our goodnight tea blend. This one WORKS. I highly recommend drinking it in the evening as this special blend of herbs with a lemongrass base is relaxing to the mind and the body. We have muscle relaxing herbs, herbs to help ease pain and inflammation, calm the nervous system, and quiet the chatter in your mind. Supportive to multiple systems in the body to help you ease into sleep. I have heard so many great comments on this tea being helpful for an evening rest. It's always important to pair a supportive tea with actual sleep habits that. are beneficial. Turning down lights, setting your screens down an hour before bedtime, and finding something relaxing to do in the evning like reading or journaling to let go of your thoughts before you head to bed.

Day 10: Relax Tea Herbal (Caffeine Free/AM or PM)

You might be sensing a theme here, but I wanted you to try these side by side for a reason. There's a difference between a hypnotic blend that you can really feel the sleep coming in like the goodnight tea, that sedative feeling, versus a nervous system relaxing tea like this blend. I can drink this one during the day and feel like I'm settling back into my body, relaxed, and can go about my day. A little lemon balm in here to bring some uplifting joy and this tea can really turn my day around if I stop and pause for a moment to let it arrive.

Day 11: Cherry Green Tea Caffeine

2-3 minutes at 175F is the PERFECT steep for this cup of tea. I know that cherry can go either way, but brewed correctly and you have yourself a perfectly flavored cherry green tea. It's light, aromatic, and I have turned a couple of green tea hating customers on to this one. Brew time and temperature is everything when it comes to green, white, black, oolong, or yellow teas. I would love to know how you felt about this one.

Day 12: Brain Boost (Caffeine):

Brain boost has just a little bit of green tea to gently start your day, but blended with lemongrass, rosemary and gotu kola to get that brain the nutrients and boost it needs to function and feel a little more clear. Rosemary has that warming touch and has been shown to improve memory, while gotu kola brings blood flow and tones the blood vessels without the migraine that ginkgo can sometimes cause. With the benefits of green tea going far beyond caffeine, there are many studies showing its ability to ward off cognitive decline and risks of dementia.

Day 13: Korean Black Tea (Caffeine)

This is another tea I picked up personally from a little organic farm in Jeju Island, Korea. You can also find that they call this "red tea" from the color of the tea once infused rather than the color of it dry. This one is nutty, has a honey and squash note and is a medium to light bodied black tea. Korean teas are wonderful in that they don't get very astringent from the way they are processed. Whereas green teas can be considered "cooling" the black teas are considered "warming" from their ripening process. This is one of my favorite black teas this year next to Ambrosia and Mr. Park's Hadong Wild black tea.

Day 14: Immune Boost: Herbal

Whereas the Elderberry Tea. is great at soothing the throat and lungs and is great for active colds, the immune boost is the one you want to drink while you're trying to actively prevent from catching something this season. It's also great for post recovery when you're still vulnerable to catching another illness. This nourishing blend is ideal for supporting lymphatic detox, managing stress, and stimulating immunity during times of need. With lemon peel, echinacea, elderberry, tulsi and some lymph moving herbs, this is a great one to always have on hand.

Day 15: Liver love Herbal

Liver love was created as a gentle supportive blend for your liver and kidneys to help with difficult skin issues, gently boost circulation and have a pleasant taste with orange peel and cinnamon. Great for in the mornings and paired with water throughout the day really helps to bring gentle flow into your system.

Day 16: Fireball Caffeine

This is our sweet and spicy cinnamon tea made with Ceylon black tea and clove with cinnamon for a little extra warming flavors. This one reminds me of Red Hots from childhood. There's actual benefit to this tea! Antioxidants, blood sugar regulation, anti inflammatory, with a little caffeine and L-theanine to wake you up for the day. The clove is also antiseptic and a great way to clear any unwanted bacterial or fungal issues.

Day 17: Lavender Lemon Herbal

Lavender and lemongrass come together with apples and lemon peel to create a soft and flavorful tea that relaxes the mind and body, reduces anxiety, and either adds a fresh start to the day or begins a restful evening. This is a surprisingly pleasant combination, and if the floral is feeling robust, adding the rock sugar here or a bit of honey goes a long way to round this tea out.

Day 18: Korean Green tea with Mint Caffeine

This has all of the benefits of Organic Korean tea (the previous sample) with the freshness of spearmint. If you've ever had Moroccan Green Tea this is my take on it, add a little rock sugar and you have a really great tasting and beneficial drink to start the day or for a mid day cup with a little less caffeine. The addition of spearmint can help with indigestion, blood sugar regulation, mildly anti-inflammatory and has antioxidants.

Day 19: Maeumcha Gold Herbal

When I made the Maeumcha "Heart Tea" series, I originally started with one blend and realized it had too many ingredients. I was doing too much. So I separated it into 3 different blends, that I really love. The gold version replaces vanilla rooibos for a lightly herbal taste with cinnamon and ginger notes. Warming, blood sugar regulating, heart supportive, and supports digestion. If you're a ginger fan, this one is your version of Heart Tea. While I call the Red version my "cozy" tea, the gold is the heart opening version. This one you can really feel warming the middle and working its way outward. Enjoy!

Day 20: Blackberry Sage Oolong Caffeine

As far as flavored teas go, this is a really nice sweet and savory option with notes of blackberry and the savory taste of sage to finish the aroma. Oolong is between green tea and black tea in caffeine with semi oxidized more mature leaves. This should be steeped around 3 minutes at 200F for. a perfect steep. Medium caffeine, but a lot of flavor.

Day 21; Herbal Sweet Tea Herbal

This was one of my original blends. Naturally sweet from Korean Hydrangea similar to Herbal Hydration (Day 1), but with blackberry leaf and raspberry leaf, a touch of lemon to give it a spin on a lemony sweet tea. Known for its actions on inflammation, the ingredients in this tea has historically been used for arthritis, gout, digestive issues, sore throats, ulcers, sores, to increase nutrition, and so much more. For a sweet little tea, this one has high benefits. We enjoy this one hot or cold.

Day 22: Maeumcha Green Light Caffeine

You've now tried the last of the Maeumcha series, with the Green containing organic Korean green tea, this one is from Boseong and has a bit of a fuller body than our Jeju island green tea. This one is light, grassy and reminiscent of cinnamon apples and fresh Spring. This one really sets my mornings with a light boost. The L-theanine in green tea helps to stabilize the light caffeine. This tea is very much heart supportive and grounding with a great taste.

Day 23: Nervous Belly Herbal

Whenever someone asks me what the difference between belly bloat and nervous belly is, I paint a picture of the stressed out person who feels so busy they have a hard time sitting down to properly eat their meal, they are either forgetting to eat or eating on the go, or feel stressed and has a hard time digesting food. This blend is meant to bring you back to your body, support the nervous system to bring you back into a rest and digest space so you can digest your food properly. It has the added bonus of supporting rest in the evenings.

Day 24: Korean Hojicha Caffeine

This is unlike any Hojicha you'll find in Japan. Still sightly nutty, roasted, but it reminds me more of nutty roasted sheet of seaweed that we snack on. It's a more complex green tea taste, and I honestly wouldn't compare the two styles, this one definitely has its own unique taste. High antioxidant benefit, soothing, and a great tea to enjoy with a meal or on its own.

Day 25: Candy Cane Black Tea Caffeine

Our last tea is the Candy Cane Black tea. This is a black tea with peppermint mixed with candy cane pieces. Honestly, this might not be for everyone but it was a seasonal treat that we thought would be fun to share. I hope by now you've learned what teas you love, learned a little about herbal teas, tasted new teas from new regions and found some favorites.

This is our final tea in our advent box. If you made it this far, thanks for following along! You can use : HEARTH10 for 10% off any of the herbal and Korean teas in shop. Soon we'll be adding some of the other teas such as Spiced Blood Orange, Vanilla Rooibos Chai and a few others that are pre blended.

Enjoy the holiday season and thank you for trying our teas!
