New Korean Teas
Discover new Korean teas and beneficial herbs in the shop this month.
Korean Hojicha: This is an interesting take on hojicha, closer to a roasted green tea that still has a lot of umami, savory and more complex green tea taste. This has turned out to be one of my favorites from this organic farm on Jeju Island!

Korean Black Tea: This season's black tea comes from Jeju Island from a little organic farm and has hints of nectar with pumpkin. It's tender, slightly sweet and aromatic. Easy to drink and almost no bitterness.
Korean Green Tea:
Korean Green Tea is considered to be a bit more mild and less bitter. Depending on the region, it comes off with a grassy, or umami taste. We have some from Jeju Island as well as Boesong. In shop we have also have Hwang cha (yellow tea) which is slightly oxidized, a little lighter in caffeine and with a brilliant light roasted taste. It's an amber tea that is delightful.
Korean Matcha is noted with the same profiles as above, with the green tea that is a bit more mild, slightly less better, this one is smooth enough for a ceremonial tea on its own, or added as a latte.
